Seaborn Consulting is located in Denver, in close proximity to the Colorado State Capitol Building and presents report findings, recommendations, and statistics at legislative hearings on behalf of clients.

Principal, Linda Seaborn, has been leading program evaluations and non-profit projects since 1994. She has 14 years of analytical management experience in the legal non-profit fields and holds a masters degree in public administration from the University of Southern California.

Consultant, Jennifer Seaborn, has been creating innovative, collaborative solutions in the non-profit sector since 1992. She has 15 years of fundraising experience and holds a masters degree in business administration from Syracuse University.

Consultant, Philip Templin, has been coordinating complex operations since 1987. He has 21 years of management experience in the governance sector and holds a masters degree in industrial engineering from the New Mexico State University.
